B S Purshotham is our Managing Partner and the core pillar of the firm. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an Information Systems auditor. His professional experience encompasses Audit, Assurance, and advisory services to a diverse mix of corporate clients, including banking and public sector enterprises. His expertise also extends to the field of tax representation before Income Tax Appellate authorities. The firm was founded by his late grandfather Mr. B Purushottam and he is a third generation Chartered Accountant.

K V N S Kishore B.Com, FCA

Kishore is equipped with vast knowledge in GST, allied tax laws, audit and assurance. His areas of expertise include the conducting of statutory and internal audits of listed and unlisted corporates in the manufacturing, construction, trading and service sectors. He also conducts audits in the various other sectors such as automobiles, engineering and warehousing.

Nisha is a Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA and has completed the Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection certificate course from ICAI.She has over 6+ years of professional experience which spans across Consulting and Industry, with a focus on Forensic Audits and Investigations. As part of her tenure, she has performed and assisted various Banks and MultiNational Corporations on assignments pertaining to Forensic Reviews, Due-Diligence (Financial and Third Party), Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption Compliance Reviews (FCPA/ ABAC/ UKBA), Fraud Risk Assessments and Investigations. She also has rich experience in Statutory and Internal Audits as well as in performing Risk Advisory engagements.

Mahidhar Krrishna B.Com, ACA, CFE

Mahidhar’s rich professional background includes his close association with two of the “Big Four” accounting firms in India. A fourth generation Chartered Accountant in his family, Mahidhar is both a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) and has passed the CPA exam conducted by the AICPA (US). He brings in fresh thinking and approaches to our processes and vision. He has a variety of professional competencies, including Forensic Services, Investigations and Fact-Finding Reviews, Audit and Assurance and advisory services from a mix of large listed and unlisted corporates.

K V Balakrishnan’s is based out of our Chennai office. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has rich experience in the banking sector. He retired as the Assistant General Manager at Indian Overseas Bank, Erode Branch before joining us. He has conducted numerous Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits, Revenue Audits, System Audits for various banks and their branches. He also assists clients in preparing Project Reports and Old & New Credit Proposals. He also represents clients before the Income Tax authorities on taxation matters.

The truly proficient and competent T Ravee heads our Madurai office. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an Information Systems auditor with over 32 years of experience. He has numerous years of professional experience and expertise in Direct and Indirect Tax consulting and representation, statutory and internal audits, system design, study and audit.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Management Accountant, he achieved an All India Rank of 35 in the Cost Accountancy final examination. With over five years of professional experience, he is skilled in conducting statutory audits, internal audits and taxation services.

CH Satyanarayana heads our Hyderabad branch. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an Information Systems auditor. He holds the Certificate for Conducting of Concurrent Audits, issued by ICAI. His expertise lies in the financial services sector with over 33 years of experience with Andhra Bank. He retired as the Assistant General Manager – Warangal Zonal Office of Andhra Bank before joining us. He has worked in various departments in the bank industry including the Inspection Department, Branch Reconciliation Department, Credit Portfolio etc. He has conducted numerous Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits, Revenue Audits, System Audits for various banks and their branches. He also assists clients in preparing Project Reports and Old & New Credit Proposals.

D. Rangarao is a practicing Chartered Accountant and a Partner based out of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. He has been associated with us since 2010. He conducts tax and GST audits of individuals, firms and corporates, filling of income tax and GST returns. He also provides advisory services to parties such as high net worth individuals and Non-Resident Indians for tax and investment planning.
